Fanuc Servo Motor Testing Procedures

  • We test all Motors Dynamically and Statically.  We test to verify that the alignment is to the OEM
    specification
  • Windings are washed, baked, meggered and surge tested
  • We test with oscilliscopes and torque meters to ensure performance once installed at your facility.
  • We have a wide range of variable frequency drives.  This enables us to test run your motor using a drive
    that is specific to the OEM.  We test within the OEM parameter and feedback configuration. From
    Fanuc to Mitsubishi, Indramat to Yaskawa, we have the drive to match the OEM specification.


We go to great lengths to test every aspect of each motor both electrically and mechanically.  
If we can't test it, we won't rebuild it.  We have testing capabilities second to none and we
support this with our 1 year in service warranty.
